El Patron Posted May 4, 2012 Share Posted May 4, 2012 try uninstalling. Note: if you have to ftp a module, then it's NOT a module. Modules should be written to install/un-install via the back office module manager. I personally would not ftp up anything that is advertised as a module that you have to ftp. bellini13 Posted May 4, 2012 Share Posted May 4, 2012 the back office gives you two options for uploading a module, this is core prestashop functionality 1) directly from your computer 2) from a remote FTP location I would agree however, that unless you trust the source of the FTP file, I would avoid using it. Download the file from the remote FTP directly, this will allow for virus checking (assuming you have antivirus installed). Open the zip file and explore its contents to ensure you know what is inside. Then install the module using option 1 above. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
