Manufacturers all on one page bug

When I go to the manufacturers page in my store, instead of being broken up into many pages for the 200 different manufacturers, they all appear as one long page.

Attached is my manufacturer-list.tpl for the theme. Can someone please tell me how to edit it to split the list into multiple pages?

I have the same problem, all the manufacturers are on one long page

 

However at the bottom of the page, we have the (previous), (next) buttons along with the page number buttons.

 

Clicking any of these page numbers gives us a duplicate listing of ALL the manufacturers on another page.
