Customers still complaining and have found no fix...

Hello again, i still have the problem on my site and get complaints. Customers cant change currency, cant log in to their account. I have no clue how to solve this. Ive been trying all different methods from the forum. Can someone that has solved this or now how to, line up the most common problems here so i can try them out. The site is www.coltrak.com

ive now change to use ccc in the 2 top selections under performance and seems a little better, but seems i always have to clear browser cache to get it to work properly, any thoughts

Yes now its working if i clear cash and cookies first. Surf the site, change currency, log in butThen i close the browser and open it again and it wont work, buuut if i clear cache and cookis, poooof it starts to work...

taking a look at this...I did not experience any of the problems you described.

 

from ie and ff

 

you should post your configuration information including ps version and any after market modules you might have loaded.

 

you should also consider turning off file cache, if it's turned on..

 

but above all else, you need to provide a step by step on reproducing the problem.

Well i have "never compile", turned off cache and use CCC on 2 first selections in CCC menu. The CCC is because otherwise in crashes my internet explorer, havent found solution for that either. So you had no problem what so ever. even if you open the website again after closing it and it works? weird, could it be on my end?

Any known modules that causes cache cookie problems?

If you can reproduce the problem, let us know exactly how.

 

And if you can reproduce it ..then turn off after market features, like chat, and see if you can isolate the culprit....as I doubt it has anything to do with cache...also I just played with it on ie...still no problem...

Ok i will take a closer look at all the thing i get and try to stack them up so i can sort this. Weird that u dont get nothing of it. Saw that pagosonline module of yours, working with 1.5 ? Do you do custom paid work too? Perfect to have a prestashopper here in Medallo. That i did not expect .

pm me.....I don't do any paid stuff...pagosonline should be no problem to run on 1.5...now that I've sorted it out with some other 1.5 module upgrades...And I have a kick butt wire transfer in Spanish, this you should be using for check out...TODAY..also check out the different payment methods sellers use on mercado libre...I'll make you my special project...
