Strange characters in "Order Messages" in

I have problem.

 

When I write a message in Orders / Order Messages, the text in the e-mail to my customers look strange. It is the swedish characters ( å ä ö ) that will look like :

undersöka (swedish word), will in the e-mail look like;

undersöka

 

that is, "ö" will be shown as = ö

 

 

Any suggestions where / how I can solve the problem ?

 

As this is under Orders / Order Messages, I can't find any txt file as the normal e-mails are saved in.

1. change in file \manager\themes\default\template\controllers\orders\helpers\view\view.tpl

2. search "message-item-text"

3. change follow this one
