Is there a module to show a series of products based on a feature or an attribute or a category?

Hi! I want in my home a carousel module that show a set of products based on a specific category or an attribute or a features. I would like the opportunity to choose in back office some products to display. Is there a module that do this?

I did a search for carousel at the Add-On store and found some suitible suggestions. Take a look and see if these will work for you. http://addons.prestashop.com/en/search?search_query=carousel

Make sure to create a working backup before you add any module. I hope this helps!

Sorry but I tried the free module that you gently suggest but it seems that it only picks the products that are in the home category.

What I want instead is a module that allow me to select a specific feature (i mean a product characterstic) and show only the product with the overmentioned feature in a carousel (in the home page).
