Unable to add new product (500 Internal Server Error)

Hi friends,

 

I am having difficulties locating this error in my e-commerce website in adding new product.

 

I just uploaded the whole website to my server is morning and realized I cannot add any new product (it works nicely in my localhost). Everytime I tried to add one product, an 500 error page appeared on the screen (like image attached). I wonder what could be wrong with my system.

 

I would appreciate it very much if you guys could reply this message.

I don't know if you managed to resolve your issue, but I just came across that same error, and resolved it by enabling debug mode in file <prestashop_root>/config/defines.inc.php, update following line as follow

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); -> define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

It will give you more information about the error.
