Viewed products block on Product footer CSS

Hi,

PS 1.5.1, Default theme.

 

I am trying to transplant the "Viewed products block" to Product footer "displayFooterProduct" hook.

 

Basically want to show viewed products by user below the product description.

I get error that I cannot transplant this module.

 

I understand that I need to change params in the tpl file to get it to work and also modify css to get it to display properly in the horizontal position.

 

My question is that I also display the Viewed products block on left column in category pages.

If I restyle the CSS to display properly in horizontal view, won't it mess up the category page display?

 

How do I create two different layouts and use according to category/product page?
