Voucher error message

Prestashop 1.5.1

Default theme

 

Two issues:

 

1) How can I display "VOUCHER NOT FOUND" if no vouchers/cart rules have been configured? If cart rules are blank no error is displayed

 

2)If I set a cart rule and incorrect voucher is entered, it displays:

There is 1 error

1. This voucher does not exists
   

--------------------------------------------------------

 

How do I style the above and remote the "There is 1 error" message?
