TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product.

I just updated my shop to Presta 1.5.1 and am getting the following error:

 

 

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product.

 

Details:

Error thrown: [object Object]

Text status: error

 

I turned on error reporting and attempted to add a product to the cart manually with the following url:

http://www.sultrydesigns.com/index.php?controller=cart&add=1&ajax=true&qty=1&id_product=4986

 

and get the following error:

I'm pretty stumped, any ideas?
