[Guide] Hosting Your Shop Using Windows Server 2008 R2 with Internet Information Service 7.5

I have been using and installing the PrestaShop for awhile now, and everytime when I encounter problems and solved the problem, I take notes and save in Microsoft Word document.

 

Now I think since PrestaShop manual lacks of setup instructions on the Windows Server 2008 platform, so I decide to share some of my notes to everyone who is in needs of using their own Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5 to host their site.

Thank for the guide. The topic is a little bit old But now is the time for me to move from a shared environment linux/apache to a VPS win server 2008 R2 / IIS. Can you please write a few lines about performance? My plan is to start with 1 or 2 GB of memory.
