Invalid security token [edit page]

Hello,

 

How can I edit the page: Invalid security token?

 

I need to remove the first button: "I understand the risks and I really want to view this page."

 

I'm in a project that will have multiple users and not wanted there was a security flaw that could compromise cms pages.
