price for a module required for shipping logistics

hi i am looking for someone to get in contact with me if you can help and give me a price for --

i need to be able to sell some of my bulky products but because the shipping cost is very expensive and vary's on postcode i need a way to have the option to choose a postcode on the product page to determine the cost of the product , these products can come in full ,half and quarter pallets .

if you need any more of an explanation - post and i will try to explain differently

Hello, so you just need a shipping cost estimator displayed on the product page? Or you also need a custom carrier module so that the shipping cost can be calculated during checkout based on the delivery postcode?
