Create account problem prestashop 1.5

In version 1.5.1 is problem with cache or not cache i can't create accound when i push button only if i push enter in apache log i have

I disable cache,bufor,rewrite url in seo and problem still exist.
recompile cache i set

But for mach funny shop is worked with multi-shop and on another shop is worked this is same file :/

Problem is exist in google chrome firefox and Internet explorer
I dont check opera yet

I clear cache and nothing change

Somebody have any sugestions

i try to create account in your shop via login then it works ...

maybe you also can disable all CCC first...

i disablle anything efect still this same

CCC apache tunning cache APC if this disable nothing change

For fun:

Chrome don't worked

IE don't worked

Maxthoon don't worked

Firefox don't worked

Opera-next 1 time worked and now don't worked

Only this button the button login is work on this same form .

I remove file by hand in cache and this file Was recreate this same

I change the "button" with "submit" and does't work. In firefox or chrome, work perfectly. with IE 7,8.9 not working

also, after log-in with an existing account, when I want to change in MyAccount > My addresses , field States is empty for countries with states

Hello!

One thing you can do is check the type of the Create new account form button. Make sure it is "submit" NOT "button". To make this modification (if needed, of course) go to root folder -> themes -> theme name and edit authentication.tpl.

Worked! Though it doesnt let you create the address at start, you have to click the link in your account, but it's ok like tat...

@ shopbebe - On PS 1.5. the steps were spitted. Not it does not create the account on the start. This is created in a second step. Are you using the default theme, or another one ? Other themes not designed specially for your PS 1.5.X (X = is your version) do not work.

@tczaude - you are using the old PS 1.4.5.1 theme ? The behavior you are having on registration, is not the one of PS 1.5.. When you create an account the address is coming on a second part, after you open an account. It seems that you are using some old scriptings not original PS 1.5. (or your theme is a old one).

You should upgrade your PS-Version at least to PS 1.5.2. or upgrade your theme.
