mrreynolds
I am using PrestaShop v. 1.5.1.0 with the latest version of Store Manager 30 day trial. I have placed images on a folder on my local drive and included the image names in the csv under Product Images as well as included the correct path in the import images / default images path.. After I import the csv I can see the images in the lower right hand corner of Store Manager. I also did it again and added a full website url to the csv directly to my pictures folder located on my remote website. After import I can see the pictures in the lower right hand corner of Store Manager as well. In either case the pictures do no show up on the store website I also have a direct mySQL connection. To switch to the new image system, go to the Preferences > Images tab and click the "Move images" button. Depending on how many product images you have, it may take a while to move them all into subdirectories: http://screencast.com/t/TaeXAgM0z9H Once it's finished, go to the Preferences > Products tab and change the "Activate legacy images compatibility" option at the bottom of the page to "No" to use the new image system: http://screencast.com/t/7l3elytx Let us know if you need more assistance. Once again I can see the images in Store Manager and I can see them in the Back Office but they do not load from the website. There seems to be a bug with importing to the img folder. Maria Kvasnytska
Hello, Robert! Support manager of Store Manager for PretaShop Team in the ticket indicated the most widely-spread reason of why you can see your products in Store Manager and from your back-end, but not at the front-end - it is the old storage system. Other reasons can be the following - - maybe the data were cached - there may be the issue with template - also there may be the problem with shopping cart installation. Please, try to add image from your back-end and if the issue remains, most likely it will indicate that it is connected with incorrect shopping cart installation or upgrade. In any case, if the issue still remains, please contact our team here - http://www.prestashopmanager.com/support-center/contact-us and we will check the issue.
