The template is http://addons.prestashop.com/demo/FO3223.html I also have a few other modifications that I would like to do such as integrate a few social media links in the products page. My budget is under $250 but if interested please contact me as I need this done asap. It's been close to 6yrs since I've worked with smarty and I really don't want to get back into design work again.
