PS User
My PrestaShop installation stopped at 88% with error Install theme 1. [object] [object], I gave full permission on all the folders and the parent directory, still no luck. First try of the version 1.5, fail, another unstable version? Advice? Thanks. El Patron
I received this error when installing (on my localhost) 1.5.1.0, and rather than debug it, I simply rename the admin and deleted the install...both the front and back office behaved correctly. I could not find a similar problem when I had it...if you on a remote server then you could open a bug report in forge and let ps see this. suerte
PS User
Thank you, I have also find out someone posted this in the bug report, and of course, the staff reply it today shortly after. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-4915
PS User
In my opinion the PrestaShop staff really need to have a dedicated Windows-based server machine to test their newly developed PrestaShop, many errors within PS while using Windows IIS 7.5 to host them are popping up like flies. Very unstable... Thanks for your feedback, instead of keep making a new version of the shop, they should really focus on the support and maintain of the previous version more, business is vital to most of the shop owner, can't afford to be down or having problems.
