XML integration with Site

Hi,

 

I am currently working on a travel site, I have the affiliate XML documentation & have already created the API of my prestashop site. Need to understand how will I be connecting the two.

 

Basically the following is my requirement::

There are various kinds of affiliates like hotels, cars, air, transfer & so on which will be integrated on the site. it is a b2b site.

Here the customer is an agent for whom a commission will be assigned, the agent can have multiple employees.

 

Now on the front-end only after logging in the agent can search for a booking, & the search results will be displayed as any other product of prestashop. They can book a lot of services together which will be added into the cart as group or even a single product/booking can be chosen. After which the payment will be captured by my own site where there would be a payment gateway integration & not on the affiliate's site. The orders should be display & stored to my backend from where it can be edited/deleted/etc..

On order success the a mail is sent to the agent, my administrator account & also the affiliate with details.

 

How can I go about making something like this, I just need a basic idea for startup. It would be really helpful if someone could help me out in this. Thanks
