All states and currencies and taxes are included in ir.xml (attachment in this post). There is a different calendar in Iran and Persian countries like Afghanistan called Jalali Calendar or Hijri Calendar or Sun Calendar. for this Prestashop need core change. Files attached: ir.xml : standard prestashop localization pack for iran. ir.xml pdate.php and tools.php: using of jalili calendar in displaydate() function of tools.php.
