UKclearancecentre
I have setup the googlecheckout module but as I don't have an SSL cert on my site I can't use the callback script as it require HTTPS (don't know why as paypal works with http). I assumed this wouldn't be a problem as google emails me when I recieve a payment so i thought I can just manually confirm payment, but unfortunately prestashop doesn't create an order without this HTTPS call back and the products the customer wants to buy just show as their last cart items when you view details for that customer. This is confusing for the customer and I have to remember to change the inventory amounts manually and run the risk that a product may be ordered thats out of stock because i am unable to do this before another order is placed. Is there a way to make the customers 'last cart' products into an order? I assume that the call back script just says that payment was sucessfull and then prestashop makes an order from there, can I manually do this perhaps by editing the database? dalpay_thorsten
The free Cart2Order Module from Lee Waterman should help:http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/34518/modules___development/manually_converting_carts_to_orders__cart2order_module(It does work with earlier versions of PrestaShop such as 1.1, but with those versions you may need to click on:Back Office >> Modules >> Cart 2 Order vX.X >> Configure[/i]- to see the list of 'Customer Carts' to click on and convert from the 'Last cart' into an order using Cart2Order.)
