Expand blockcart block automatically

Hi everybody;

 

I use PS 1.5 and blockcart module is very good. When I add a new product it is refreshed and when I hover on this block, it expands.

 

Now I want to add a special property, maybe it is very simple but I couldn't.

When I add a new product the block should expand automatically and after a while it should close. How can I do that?
