HELP 1.2.5 to 1.4.9 success but = Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query!

Dear all,

 

I have upgraded to 1.4.9 from 1.2.5. It says YOUR UPDATE IS COMPLETE, YOUR SHOP IS NOW VERSION 1.4.9.

 

BUT, when I try to access my site www.jencell.com/shop/ , it displays "Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query! "

 

Can somebody help me? I read the previous entries on this topic, it mentions about loading back the "TAX ZONE" file from backed up database. How do I do it? or any other solutions?

Hello befneh, could you display your errors on? It is in your root/config/config.inc.php around line 29 change it from off to "Display Errors 'on'"

Hello befneh, you will see the errors displayed (if any) in your front office or back office. You can also check your server error log (check with hosting provider) and see if there are any errors listed there as well.

silly me! I kept opening my previous version shop!

 

My new version shop is now a blank page with the following error:
