Mise à jour Prestashop 1.4 vers 1.5 problématique

Bonjour,

 

La mise à jour de Prestashop 1.4 vers 1.5 ne fonctionne pas correctement dans mon cas.

 

J'ai tout essayé, je parti d'une 1.4.9 et j'ai mis à jour avec le "1-Clic-ugrade" et le résultat était décevant.

Au passage, on est plus près du "100-Clics-Upgrade"

 

L'ancien logo "Prestashop" est resté à la place du nouveau "YourLogoHere" et puis l'affichage des images n'était pas correct, en tout cas pas comme la 1.5 de démo sinon les liens sur les catégories et les produits fonctionnaient.

 

Ensuite, j'ai installé une 1.5 toute neuve et j'ai fait un import depuis le BO de mes anciennes données.

L'import a fonctionné mais pour certains points ce n'est pas ce que j'attendais.

 

Par exemple, les "id" des produits n'ont pas été conservés mais ont été régénérés depuis 1 ce que je ne voulais pas, je souhaitais conserver mes id du fichier d'import.

 

Ensuite, j'ai installé une 1.5 toute neuve et j'ai alimenté la base de données directement en SQL.

Pour les catégories, j'ai pas eu trop de problème par contre je ne vois pas mes produits phares et je ne sais pas pourquoi pourtant ils sont bien dans la catégorie "Accueil".

 

Et le pire et le plus bloquant c'est que les liens ne fonctionnent pas (J'ai page non trouvée) sur les catégories et je ne vois donc aucun produit.

 

Si quelqu'un a des solutions aux problèmes que je rencontre je suis preneur car je suis à 2 doigts de revenir en arrière sur la 1.4.9 et je trouve que ce serait dommage vu tous les efforts et le temps que j'ai passé sur cette mise à jour.

Imaginez que votre site soit en production avec votre logo. Si vous mettez à jour, vous souhaitez réellement que l'on remplace votre logo par "YourLogoHere" ? Vous comprendrez que l'on ne peut pas

 

Pour le problème de votre import qui c'est mal déroulé (auto-incrémentation des ID), il y a depuis la 1.5.1.0 une option qui permet de forcer vos propres ID (il faut donc la cocher).

 

Pour les modification directement en base de données, il faut savoir que l'on a fait énormément de modification sur la base de données 1.5, et que cette manipulation est très risqué comme vous avez pu le remarquer...

 

Pouvez vous recommencer votre mise à jour et nous donner plus d'informations sur vos bugs ?

Merci pour votre réponse.

 

Pour être précis, je n'ai pas parlé de bug, je ne sais pas, c'est peut-être moi qui ai fait une mauvaise manipulation.

 

Pour logo, oui effectivement, c'est normal qu'il ne change pas, en fait c'est juste un constat que j'avais fait car je n'ai pas encore mon propre logo, du coup j'avais juste remarqué que l'ancien logo Prestashop était resté.

 

Pour les ids merci mais la 1.5.1 vient juste de sortir donc je n'ai pas pu le tester mais c'est une bonne chose car il peut arriver, par exemple quand on souhaite récupérer des données existantes, que l'on souhaite garder les ids.

 

Pour l'alimentation directe en SQL, je vous l'accorde, c'est compliqué ne connaissant pas bien toutes les tables de Pestashop.

 

D'ailleurs, à ce sujet, il serait extrêmement intéressant d'avoir une documentation là-dessus avec une description de toutes les tables et surtout les liens qu'elles ont entre elles.

Cette nouvelle version corrige plus de 350 bugs...

 

Pour la documentation, il est difficile de faire une documentation sur toute la base de donnée.

Par contre, pour le MCD j'essaie de vous le joindre au topic

Lors de la mise a jour de 1.4.9 vers 1.5.1, avec l'autoupgrade 0.8.6 une boutique en production 1.4.9 vers 1.5.1. y a t il moyen d'Exporter order,catalog,categorie,clients, et de les importer dans une version fraiche de 1.5.1?
