[SOLVED]-2 problems

I am facing 2 problems now

 

1) We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available - if I search anything using quick search

 

2) on navigation to product display page , if you have any hard coded urls , it replace current url to product url and adds remaining like below

 

part 1 - http://collinschemis...s.php?id_cms=12

part 2 - cms.php?id_cms=12

 

Actual url - http://collinschemis...s.php?id_cms=12

 

actually above url must be like below

 

http://collinschemis...s.php?id_cms=12

 

and images are not showing for images.

 

Please help me as I do not know much about rewrite url
