king888 Posted October 3, 2012 Share Posted October 3, 2012 (edited) Hi, I am usning old version of Prestashop for my store and currently I am facing problem with mail function. Normally, I use php mail() to send an email to my customers. And it was perfect so far. but the problem recently is some emails do not reach our custormers escpecially if user uses hotmail account. How to solve this problem ? I tried to setup SMTP but it always show an error when I click to save SMTP password with error message like this "SMTP password: is invalid" . I read another topics and try but it does not work . Please help .
