512M Posted October 3, 2012 Share Posted October 3, 2012 Using PS 1.5, i have the default newsletter module but i have questions about how to use it, which i'm hoping are basic and someone will be able to point me in the right direction. Visitors can obviously sign up on the site by entering their email address, but where in the back-end of the site do these contacts go to? (i know i can click on the 'customers' tab but doesn't this just list people who have registered an account in order to make a purchase?) These customers may or may not have chosen to sign up for the mailing list at the time of registration. Also, there's a number of templates that are automatically sent to recipients email address which i have been tweaking and customising (such as confirmation links etc). Is there a way to send test mails? I'm running out of email addresses to use.. and how can i remove a newsletter subscriber from the system? Lastly, how and where do i send mail to these contacts? i can't see any tabs where i can send bulk mailings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
