Can't change date in stats & date not showing in orders

Posted this before but never got a response. When I try to change the date range in the stats calendar it just won't have it. I'm stuck with 2011-02-05 to 2011-05-31. If I try to change them and click 'save' it just reverts to the same dates so I have no idea what my sales are outside of that range. Won't show visitors online either, just says none all the time.

 

Also there is no date showing on any of the orders or customer registration, last visit, etc. In fact, no dates show anywhere in the back office except when I go into each customer cart!

 

Anybody else have this and found a fix? The dates are showing in my database but not displaying anywhere in the BO.
