BO v1.4 - Products are wrong in order page - more than ordered

Hi All,

 

I have a strange problem with my shop, searched everywere but nothing found about this issue.

 

This problem has occurred twice in an apparently random manner.

When a user buy a single product an pay it, in back office I see the correct amount paid but more than 1 products in ordered items list (you can imagine what kind of problem it generate...).

 

You can see it in attachment:

• 1 product ordered (and paid)
  
• 3 products in item list (only the third was the right)
  

Anyone had same problem or can help me?
