Stu583
After approx 10 - 20 successful installs myself along with the hundreds if not thousands of all the community members put together then it is blatantly not a re-curring problem. I have seen quite a few people with this problem and most have used godaddy as hosts. I dont know if that is a common denomanator here or if there is somthing else. Alll I can tell you is that I have just re-downloaded the current package and installed it to a sub-directory as a "test" and it works perfectly. So no I do not have a straight answer so outta luck with that payment but the error you refer to does not happen to everyone so maybe there is another issue here that does not lay with PS?
