It will be released soon, the problem could come from https wrappers (server configuration). I will let you know when the new version wil be available. I am not sure but I think you can set your logo directly from your merchant account (on PayPal´s website).
Wynn
login to PayPal and under Profile > my Selling Preferences > Payment Pages. Create and Edit a new Primary Page Style. You can add a Logo, change background colours etc. Make sure the logo you add is stored on a secure https server.
Rhapsody
Wynn - I never knew that was an option. I just updated the PayPal profile for my 3 shops. Thanks for the tip!

jimmyc
Any news on this. do we have to have ssl to use the site logo in paypal checkout? Edited May 16, 2013 by jimmyc (see edit history)
Rhapsody
You have to put the site logo in an SSL location when you want it to display inside your paypal checkout page or it won't display from the paypal site. You don't have to have your shop be SSL though.
