Missing many values when transferring translation from 1.4.9 to 1.5

I updated from 1.4.9 to 1.5 manually yesterday, and discovered I was missing many translation values in the Hebrew language.

 

I get this when going to Back Office translation in 1.5:

Expressions to translate: 4384.

Total missing expresssions: 2954.

 

and in the old version I had 3470 translated values (COMPLETE TRANSLATION)

so it is logical that Presta had changed some values, and added something like 1000 new values.

But it does not recognize more than 2000 values that are translated already.

 

I tried adding the translation file manually, and also tried importing the .gzip file with the translation.

 

Please help.

Sorry for bumping, but seriously, hasn't anyone experienced any problem when transferring their translation from 1.4.9 to 1.5???
