product attachments

I want to create a custom field to my product attachments, it works to take them from the database, but i can't write it to the database,

can someone help me with how i can write a custom added field to the database table 'attachments_lang' the file i am editing is called 'AdminAttachments.php'.

Create you own table _db_prefix.'attachement_custom' with id_attachement, id_lang, custom value and write in this.
