1.5 Install stops at 25% at default shops languages

Trying to install 1.5 clean install and it stops at 25% Create shop and languages - screenshot as below:-

 

 

Any ideas?

I also installed v.1.5.0.17 that the prestashop site was listing for download today. It gets stuck for me at Default Country in the Shop Configuration section - there are no choices in the pull down menu - seems no way around it.

I also found that using Internet Explorer made the My Settings page and many forum answer pages bounce to a blank white screen, but now I installed Chrome, that problem has gone. Either way, a supposedly easy install has already hit a few issues - can anyone help with the top one?

I re-downloaded the package and same problem still there! 15 minute install eh! I tried with different browsers too. Yes it's 1.5.0.17.
