Problem with manual upgrade.

Hi

 

I get this error message when trying to do the upgrade manually.

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tools::getOctets() in /homepages/30/d379090656/htdocs/JFP15/install/init.php on line 72

I am running it on a sub domain on a test version of my site. I am trying to upgrade from 1.4.7.0 to 1.5.0.17.

 

I followed this guide

The 1 click upgrade tool does not work on my site, I presume it is to do with my host or somthing to do with the server. I can get it to upgrade fine with 1 click on my local host but not on the live server.

 

Any Ideas?
