Email Link Problems with Multi-store

The default emails, both to admin and sender come in fine for the logo and its link to the store but for the link at the bottom where it reads:

 

Store2 powered with PrestaShop™

 

For stores 2 and 3 have an extra URL tag before the store link:

 

http://versions/1.4.1.0/mails/en/http%3a//www.store2.com/index.php
