Mod to theme need help

I want to make a two hierarchy trees, with the categories menu

to look something like this

+Bread
-----------+Raisin
-----------+Banana
-----------+Whole Wheat
-----------------------------Sliced ADD Qty.[]
-----------------------------Unsliced ADD Qty.[]

I will remove everything else from the demo template except the cart menu. that I will fix at the bottom any, help is appreciated.

As well though is there a way to add radial button to change an item like if I was to do toppings for subs for a deli being order en masse

Willing to pay aswell, but If someone is looking to either comment the crap out of it or possibly have a voip discussion about it. As I want to learn

ha you can do what I was trying to do with the back end except, add the add button to a product in the category tree how would I do that?

yAH! figured that out aswell now instead of drop down menus is it possible to customize a product with radial button rather than drop down text fields.
