Presta Shop Install Wizard stops at modules

Hi,

 

I have been having an install issue and I looked everywhere on the forums but can not seam to find my solution.

Here is the problems I am experiencing:

Install wizard stops at Modals which is about 63% of the install.

The other issue and I am not sure if this is a big one or not on the system compatibility I have received a red x beside: Is PDO MySQL extension Loaded.

 

I am using godaddy as my host.

I am upgrading the cart to the newest version.

 

Do I need to re-upload the install wizard files and the module files?

I am not sure what else to do. I been stuck since yesterday. I have done all kinds of searching and reading but I am not finding what I need to do.

I still have not found any solutions, I suppose I should delete all presta shop files and start over.

I also have been calling the help line every day and only get voice messages.

Our MySQL database is a 5.0 I am not sure if that is the problem or not.

Were you able to resolve the last check?

Is PDO MySQL extension loaded ?

 

I have the same issue and I don't know how to check this last item.

I have Godaddy > MySQL 5.0.
