Standard installation with products, +enabling Friendly URL +enabling of Product Comments Module. The problem is that the request is sent to: www.XXX.com/module/productcomments/default&action=add_comment&secure_key=XXX Which is "404 Not Found". I'll report this at the bugtracker so PrestaShop team can fix this for the next "stable" release.
