How do I re position modules in 1.5

I have a 1.4 theme mostly working over a 1.5 site

 

but I cannot see where/how to move modules without live edit (which does not work for me)

 

the 1.4 site is at www.kidd.ie

 

the 1.5 site is at www.kidd.ie/store2

 

I want to move the search down the page as on the 1.4 site.. can someone help me with this?
