Samples module? I want customer to be able to buy sample of product

I want to add a button to each product on our site similar to the add to cart button, this would enable our customer to buy a sample of the product,

 

The customer can buy a certain amount of samples for a fixed price with free shipping,

 

I have searched the forum and there are only a couple of posts similar to what I am looking for but they are very old, I have seen this on many websites but can not find anything for prestashop I dont know if I am searching for the wrong thing maybe people call it a different name?

you can create product "sample product" and sell it separately... I know that this isn't solution, but in a sense, will realize your needs

i think that would be too messy and comlex, we have about 1000 products it would seem crazy to create 1000 additional products just for samples, many onlines stores have a sample system:http://www.wallpaperdirect.co.uk/products/harlequin/lacarno/87993

Hi, maybe this solution from user Rhapsody could work:

 

You could add an attribute group and call it "Product Size", then add two attributes labeled "Sample" and "Full Product". For each product that has a sample, use the Combinations tab and add the "Product Size" group with the £1 price for "Sample Size" and the regular product price for "Full Product".

 

The customer can then select which size is desired and have the correct price when added to the shopping cart.
