tanner2272
Hello, This may seem like a rather bizarre question, but we're after creating an online shop/store where you can't actually buy online. We require the various elements that an e-commerce cms offers... lists of products, related products, homepage promoted products, choosing a list of products you're interested in and the ability to email this list to the site hosts. But, the products themselves are such that actual online purchasing isn't currently an option. Picture a website selling cars... I can't visit www.ford.co.uk and buy a car on a creditcard - but I can peruse all their different car models and if I'm interested, I can book an appointment to be contacted by a Ford salesman. So, the basic question would be - "is the actual online purchasing element of PrestaShop turn offable?" Regards, Martin.
benjamin utterback
Hello tanner2272. Thank you for the message. Yes, this is very possible. You can turn PrestaShop onto "Catalog Mode" and that will disable any option to purchase. I hope this helps. Thank you for choosing PrestaShop.
