Editing footer in template?

Hi there,

 

I have purchased this template: http://www.templatemonster.com/prestashop-themes/39248.html

 

And I am beside myself as to how I can edit the footer?

 

I have tried HEAPS of files and nothing seems to be working, does anyone know specifically how to edit the footer and remove CMS links/copyright in this template?

footer.tpl is the file you have to edit.

 

After edit the file do not forget to set force compile to yes and cache to no in Preferences -> Performance at back-office.

I have located the footer.tpl in the theme folder but all it says is this:
