CKLFP
Hi to all. I'm trying to develop a module for Prestashop, but I'm stock in very simple problem I think . I manage to install/uninstall the module, no problems, add/removes tables and so one... Now I need to configure some aspects of the module (is a front end block with some addicional information to the client, based on purchases volume), for this I need to add in the back-office the correspondent config page, and as I intende to wright more modules/blocks (waht ever) I'm thinking in add a new root menu for that porpose of managing all my modules/blocks. But this is dificult to achived. how can I do it. In this stage I just need to add a root menu nothing else, after many digging here all I found was this: ADMIN TAB but I don't want to add a sub menu, but a root menu. Can any one help? I really apreciate some help. Thanks.
CKLFP
...the joke is, presta won't display a first-level admin tab unless it has submenus,... @Korpsa, thanks for you time, I'll try this ASAP. Once I get results I'll post here. Once again thanks. Edited September 30, 2012 by CKLFP (see edit history)
CKLFP
@Korpsa, that was what I need to know, that a root menu only shows when it as submenus. It show, know I'm having some trouble in display a form from a sub menu, is say that the controller don't exist or is invalid I'm trying to find out were to put this class, I thought it was in prestashop/controllers/admin, like the root menu, but maybe not.... I'm trying to find out. But the root is OK. Thanks.

CKLFP
@Benjamin Utterback Yes but the sad is that it takes a newbie to give the answer of a pro, and that is not very supportive from the presta team. korpsa -1 0- PrestaTeam.
