auction site and dealers sub-storefront

Hello team,

I am wondering if anyone can answer this in a no and yes manner. if its a yes, i would appreciate if you can elaborate;

 

I am wondering if it is possible to have an option that certain group of users will be able to "open" their own front-store with a their own back-office, and have all of those "stores" be visible from the top main store? (think of it as a sellers page on ebay or amazon)

 

Also, are there any modules that can change the purchasing method to an auction ebay style with the time limit, and But Now options?

As for the auction module, I did find few of them, free and paid, but was looking for recommendations and ups/downs of them. Maybe you can be more helpful by recommending something.

 

I am wondering what it will take to enable a group of users to be able to have a very limited access to specific areas of the back-office and be able to add products to already existing categories. Is it possible to have a a Dealers section that acts like the manufacturers section?
