Online Office USA
I spent months working on my store: http://onlineofficeusa.com only to have IE drive away customers! I have been getting calls all weekend that new customers can't create an account because all of the fields aren't there - State in particular isn't showing. I am losing customers due to that POS browser IE! I fail to believe I am the only person encountering this problem yet cannot find any mention of it here in the forums. Plus the store looks like crap in IE! Thank you!

I looked at your site and with Google chrome the site appears centered and all seems OK except some buttons like create account only show part of the text. With IE the site is left aligned and as you stated no state field in the account creation page but the create account button is wider then in Chome and shows the full text (create account). I use the default theme in all my sites 1.4.7, 1.4.9 and a testing site with 1.5 and have had no issues with different browsers. If you need some help let me know and I could take a look and your global.css file. Don't get me wrong I agree that IE has some issues and is why I use Chome but in the end I must make sure that my site still works with it. I just might take you up on that offer to have a look at the css. I never have a problem with a second set of eyes having a look. My client likes the prestashop new theme but I might give the default theme a go and style it more to my liking now that my understanding of PS has increased. I agree my site must be compatible. My biggest concern is the inability to register new customers. I don't believe that to be a styling issue. tdr170
Just let me know I would be glad to help. Registration is a must, have you tried to upload a new authcontroller.php and authentication.tpl files to see if that would help.

tdr170
Correct, but make sure they go to the correct directory. ../controllers = authcontroller.php ../themes/yourtheme/ = authentication.tpl
