bai3tzash
Thanks, it worked. I changed my First Name.
musicmaster
I tried but I was not allowed to change the name or the color. (error message in Dutch translated like something as: you have no permission to disable or remove the last administrator account. You have no permission to add something). I did not see the scrolldown menu that was mentioned on the other forum entry. Maybe that happens only when there is more than one administrator defined. benjamin utterback
Hello musicmaster, in version 1.5 can you try going to Administration-Employees and tell me if you are super admin? You can toggle it off and on or change the name as bai3tzash did.
musicmaster
Hello Benjamin, I didn't have a menu. I had only the "my preferences" option right between my shop logo and there I couldn't change anything. I have tried to look in MySql but I couldn't find which table contains the relevant employee settings. It would help me and others greatly if you could mention that table. In the mean time I have tried to roll back the update and lost all access.
benjamin utterback
Hello musicmaster, is this a new install or an upgrade? When you rolled back, what do you mean lost access? You are not able to log in?
musicmaster
Hello Benjamin, No database info yet? With losing access I mean that I get a blank screen in the BO and internal server error (500) at the FO. Today I tried what happened with this setting if I enable the error settings on this installation. The result was an "offline" message at the FO (what of course is correct as I switched the shop off for the upgrade) and the attached screen in the BO. I compared the database of this failed installation with that of a successful update on a test computer. The differences were too extensive to list: on the server all tables alphabetically before attachment were missing (including access) while the server had many _shop tables that the test update missed.
