altered Domain Name in Backoffice

Hi All,

I recently upgraded from 1.4 - 1.5, no major problems, everything was going fine, was altering product quatities, and i altered the domain name field in the SEO / URL - from "domainname.com" to "www.domainname.com"

about 20min later whilst still editing stock levels, went to save an edit to the stock and it returned a blank page.

 

now i cannot access any part of the shop, no back office, no front office. all just resolving blank screens (completely white)

 

I have gone into the phpmyadmin and found the database entry for ps_shop_url (or something similar) and altered the "www.domainname.com" back to "domainname.com" but nothing has fixed it.

 

does anyone know where else i can search out this issue?

I have zero access to anything prestashop... i have altered the MySQL database to correct the www.domainname.com back but that is all i can access.. nothing else.

is there another way to check the error report manually via the database?

negative, still shows blank page.

If it helps, i cannot access any page under the shop, domainname.com/shop/index.php is the usual file to the front of the shop, results in a blank screen.

 

domainname.com/shop/admin/index.php is the admin login for the back office, that also is only a blank page... (ps not real name of dirs)

 

it really has me stumped as to what changed.. i have FTP access to all the files of the shop, and access to all the MySQL database still.

noticed some errors with the shop not being able to talk the to Database, on closer inspection my config/settings.inc.php file is empty.

 

as i was still in the development stage of my shop, i am going for a fresh install of the v1.5 rather then the upgrade, and will reload my shop (had not created a backup as didnt think it was needed yet, hindsight is a awesome thing.)
