bdfoto_bd-shop
I have just downloaded the Paypal Free module and successfully uploaded it. But when I go to the list of modules installed Paypal is missing and I get this message: All the modules cannot be loaded due to memory limit restriction, please increase your memory_limit value on your server configuration I presume this is something I need to do through Plesk but I would not know where to start. Can somebody help me please. I should add that the Paypal module can be viewed in Filezilla. It just doesn't appear on the module list so I can't tell it to do anything. I should also mention the Moneybookers module has been uploaded successfully too, and again does not appear in the Module list whilst it is visible through Filezilla. Thank you in advance. Carolina Custom Designs
One of the simplest solutions to this problem is to go through the module list (via FTP) and remove any module you will not be using (most likely that will be quite a few). Once you do that go back into your BO and see if the Module tab displays. Really should add that if you can do this through the Module tab that would be much better (uninstall/delete). Wasn't sure if you can access it at all so that is why I said FTP. Hope that helps!
