Cant login to prestashop using IE 8 - solved

Please Help

 

My computer using IE8 on XP will suddenly not let me login. Using PS 1.4.4.1

 

Can still login on chrome or firefox (but they dont let you copy and paste with a right click which really helps when working)

 

When I go to login at mydomain.com/admin/login.php

 

And I put in my username an password it goes to

 

mydomain.com/admin/login.php/?redirect=index.php

 

With the login username and password area blank again.

 

Any fix for this

No, and I can login with IE8 on another PC using XP

i couldn't see this in your first post , and thought it was website related

 

well in this case you can try

 

 

1. Open Internet Explorer.

 

2. In IE7 or IE8, click Tools from the Command Bar. ,Next select Internet Options

 

3. Select the Advanced tab.

 

4. Go to the Reset Internet Explorer settings section and click the Reset button.

3.internet options

4.select the advanced tab

5 Go to the Reset Internet Explorer settings section and click the Reset button.

 

make for sure an copy from your favorite pages
