Prestashop view & add to cart button resize

Hello,

 

I have changed the size of the view and add-to-cart buttons (120x29px) in the default prestashop theme.

 

Now when I put the pointer of my mouse on the buttons, the button image skips from 100% visible to 50% visible. I already have changed the line-height and height to 29 px in global.css (global-buttons) but what do I need to change more to keep the image 100% when I point it with the mouse?

 

Or maybe it is possible to give it a "fixed" position?
