Rich Brazzel
Hey Guys~ First, I'd like to commend the quality and knowledge of members in this forum. Geniuses! All of you! I just hit a brick wall when trying to upload images associated with products in my (wifes') store. She has been populating the database now for WEEKS and now and suddenly gets an error (Error occured while copying image). I found this afternoon that when I deleted some of the images that came with the "sample" products I was then able to upload more images. If I deleted 3, I could then upload 3, etc. Basically it appears that there is a finite number of images I can upload for the products. I don't believe this is a space or file size issue. I have 150 GB storage from my host and am currently well below 3% of capacity. The majority of images are 50 - 300kb. I have also checked file / directory permissions and the IMG folder is set to 757 per P/S recommendations. Unfortunately I can't even SPELL php or sql, so when a glitch occurs, I'm in the dark. Hopefully one of you smart people can point me in the right direction. I haven't had any luck with my host or prestashop support - not for the lack of trying on their part, however. The site is choicewigs.com and if you need screenshots, copies of scripts or anything else PLEASE let me know. I don't know where else to turn and my [spam-filter] is threatening divorce. That would be ok except she's going to take my dog with her! Thanks in advance for any help you may provide!!!! Rich
rseigel
Try emptying your img/tmp/ folder. For some reason that worked for me when I ran into this issue.

rseigel
Try nuking your cookie. Try clearing your browser cache. Try emptying tools/smarty/cache/ and tools/smarty/compile/. None of those make any real sense but I'm out of ideas.
